Title: Towards a Global Educational Alliance: From the "Education Village" to the Integrated Territorial Network against Educational Poverty
Abstract: Starting from Pope Francis' proposal to co-build a «village of education» (Pope Francis, 2020) which forms a concrete educational alliance between institutions, placing the person and the common good at the center of pedagogical reflection (Maritain, 1963), we intend to relaunch an integrated territorial pedagogical planning that captures, in human complexity, the dynamic and generative potential of supportive and ethically characterized social well-being, the vital germ of a new humanism. From various reports on the impact of the Covid 19 Pandemic in Italy, the worsening of inequalities and educational poverty emerges, empirical evidence of a discomfort that is not only cultural and educational, but existential, which relegates many minors «in the peripheries of living» (Mannese, 2019). The synergistic action of the Observatory on Educational Processes and Territorial Analysis of the University of Salerno with the Foundation 'a VOCE d''e CREATURE Onlus, which operates in one of the most degraded neighborhoods of Naples, constitutes a virtuous example of an educating community on the territory and for the territory.

Title: Verso un'alleanza educativa globale: Dal "villaggio dell'educazione" alla rete territoriale integrata contro la povertà educativa
Abstract: A partire dalla proposta di papa Francesco di co-costruire un «villaggio dell'educazione » (Papa Francesco, 2020) che configuri un'alleanza educativa concreta tra le istituzioni ponendo al centro la persona e il bene comune (Maritain, 1963), si intende rilanciare una progettazione pedagogica territoriale integrata che colga, nella complessità umana, potenzialità dinamiche e generative di benessere sociale solidale ed eticamente connotato, germe vitale di un nuovo umanesimo. Da diversi report sull'impatto della Pandemia da Covid 19 in Italia, emerge l'acuirsi delle disuguaglianze e della povertà educativa, evidenze empiriche di un disagio non solo culturale ed educativo, ma anche esistenziale, che relega molti minori "nelle periferie del vivere" (Mannese, 2019). L'azione sinergica dell'Osservatorio sui Processi Formativi e l'Analisi Territoriale dell'Università di Salerno con la Fondazione 'a VOCE d''e CREATURE Onlus che opera in uno dei quartieri più degradati della città di Napoli, costituisce un esempio virtuoso di una comunità educante sul territorio e per il territorio.
